We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items (Items) via the Hello Parker and Co website (our Website).
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms (these Terms), which constitute the agreement between Rachel Wilson A.B.N. 52 245 138 610 (we, us, our, or Hello Parker and Co) and you.
PURCHASES
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Hello Parker and Co is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please email us immediately if you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the Website, or pursuant to any enquiry that you may make with us, are in Australian our (AUD).
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on our Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Prices orders are exclusive of GST.
Our prices do not include insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver Items to you.
PAYMENT
Hello Parker and Co accepts payment via ..
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
In the event that Hello Parker and Co does not receive cleared funds after 48 hours of you submitting your order, we will email you at the email address nominated in your order to communicate about your payment.
SECURITY
We recognise that protection & safety of information relating to your credit card is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we make every effort to provide you with a safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction are assured at all times.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Unless otherwise stated on our Website, orders will typically be processed within three (3) business days of your order being made and payment being received from us in cleared funds.
SHIPPING
Shipping can only occur within Australia and will be processed by Australia Post.
Click & Collect may be available for your order, subject to making prior arrangements with us.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES AND COSTS
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, please use the below as a guide for delivery timeframes within Australia:
Standard Shipping ($10.00): within five (5) and seven (7) business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped;
Express Shipping ($13.00): within one (1) to three (3) business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped;
Shipping of signage (dependent on your location and items ordered, please contact us for specifics if unsure): within (1) to three (3) business days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped.
There may be times where shipping will take a little longer (for example, during peak times such as Christmas). If we receive notification of a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have not received your Items within our suggested timeframes, please email us with your full name and order number, and we will investigate on your behalf.
Delivery of your order may also be delayed if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Hello Parker and Co may cancel your order, if for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the Items subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
You are not permitted to cancel an order, unless expressly agreed to, in writing, by Hello Parker and Co.
DAMAGED, LOST OR INCOMPLETE ORDER
Should your order be damaged, lost or incomplete, please email us within seven (7) days (including your order number, item code or name of the Item you ordered) so that we may assist you.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Any requests for a refund will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
EXTRA PRODUCT CONSIDERATIONS
Please note that cake toppers and all other acrylic/wood products are likely to be choking hazards. You agree that parent supervision for any items purchased are required and all products are only suitable for ages three (3) and over. You hereby indemnify Hello Parker and Co from any injury or damages suffered to you, or third parties, caused by your failure to adequately supervise.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Hello Parker and Co will not be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of any products whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
All conditions and warranties, which may be implied by law into these Terms, are excluded except to the extent that it would be unlawful to do so.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition, which cannot be excluded by these Terms, is limited, at our option, to one or more of the following:
Resupply of a product; or
Refund of the product.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Hello Parker and Co business, including information relating to items, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may email us to unsubscribe at any time.

The laws of South Australia, govern these Terms.
